Vakantiechalet in Zeeland is a self-contained accommodation. And of course, we will make sure there is a thorough cleaning after each stay. This means you can safely enjoy your holiday. Furthermore, Camping Julianahoeve complies with the national rules, such as keeping your distance and making reservations for activities.
Article 5 of the general terms and conditions includes the refunds regarding cancellation.
On the day of arrival, you can check in from 3 p.m. However, this must be done during the regular opening hours of the reception of Camping Julianahoeve (www.julianahoeve.nl/en/opening-hours).
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Only the main booker is allowed to check in.
One car may enter the campsite. A second car must be parked in front of the barrier on the green strip at the entrance of the campsite.
Charging electric cars at our holiday home is not allowed. The campsite has a charging point for electric cars near the reception.
Pets are not allowed on the campsite.
A cot is available, but a high chair is not. The travel cot has a standard (thin) mattress. Unfortunately, we cannot provide bedding for the travel cot.
The chalet has its own (secured) Wi-Fi. You can use this for free. The campsite also has Wi-Fi. Note that the latter only has a limited speed.
On the day of departure, you must check out by 10 a.m. at the latest. The key must be handed in at the reception of Camping Julianahoeve, again during regular opening hours. When it is very busy, you may be asked to deposit the key in the mailbox at the barrier.
